Consumers' Acceptance of Online Grocery Shopping in a Pandemic Situation: An Extended Technology Acceptance Model Perspective

This study aims to understand the mechanisms of consumers’ online grocery shopping (OGS) acceptance in current COVID-19 pandemic. Through this perspective, an extended technology model is employed by including fear factor reveal extent of Turkish OGS. We have tested proposed research on 455 survey participants living various cities Turkey. Structural equation modeling employed test eleven hypotheses. The results indicate that perceived ease use, perceived usefulness, and attitude are valid predictors OGS acceptance. Besides, COVID-19 negatively moderates these relationships. By revealing empirical results, provides some useful insights into our understanding processes a pandemic situation. hope pinpoint underlying reasons for vast expansion OGS among customers times.
